It was sent to a proper lab. It’s not a home-testing kit that anyone can buy. This was prescribed by a professional. And yes, she corresponds with the lab herself x

In fact, I encourage you to have lemon juice (fresh) in warm water with some added apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach first thing in the morning to help kick-start your digestion and stomach-acid-production.

Yes, I do also have nuts, I’m fine on them for my gut. Just don’t go overboard. 6-10 nuts a day x
