Salad:<\/strong><\/p>\n
Dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n
1. Combine<\/strong> all vegetables and arrange in a bowl. Sprinkle with the chopped date, pepitas and sheep\u2019s feta.<\/p>\n
2. Mix<\/strong> all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad.<\/p>\n
Best served after 5 minutes soaking up the dressing in the fridge.<\/p>\n
